The service here is amazing! Any questions that you have are easily answered. No hidden fees! The facilities are also clean and in great condition! Lee-Anne was always helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend this for your storage needs

the people that work there are so friendly and helpful couldn't ask for any better staff. they know all the answer to the questions that you would have. they always make sure that you are satisfied with everything and make sure you good before you do anything that you need to do. the manager that they have I believe she is the manager and I wish I knew her name but I couldn't think of it and I feel bad. she is the best manager I have ever seen at any work place in London always happy and always helpful for what ever you need or have an answer for what ever question you would have.
Excellent service. Used to keep my motorcycle in. 24/7 secure access was very convenient. Very accommodating and friendly.
They were all very accommodating when I needed extra space after moving to a smaller home. When I missed a payment, I got an email that was polite and inquiring rather than accusatory. I made the payment on the phone to make sure I didn't fall behind. When i was in the office I chatted with both of the ladies. So friendly. When I was ready to move all of that storage out, there was no hassle, no fine print. Wonderland Mini Storage was recommended to me and I will recommend it others.
The very best thing about this business is the quality of the people they employ; & Lee-Ann & Randy are outstandingly superior! Lee-Ann took all of the stress & worry out of moving in day by offering up another unit if needed. She & her team genuinely care about you, listen to & take care of your needs & they go above and beyond any & all expectations. Not to mention the units are clean, well lit, & very secure. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services & will use them again if the need arises in future.
